These terms govern your use of www.bayes-group.com (the “site”), operated by Bayes Group. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About this site
This site is an informational and marketing site for Bayes Group’s executive search practice. It describes our services, our market commentary, and how to reach us. Using the site does not create a search engagement, an employment relationship, or any other contractual relationship with us. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
2. No advice
Bayes Group is an executive search and recruitment firm. We are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, law firm, or tax advisor, and nothing on this site is — or should be relied on as — investment, financial, legal, tax, or regulatory advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any strategy.
Our Insights articles and any compensation commentary are general market observations for an informational audience. They are not advice, they are not an offer or solicitation, and they should not be the basis of any hiring, investment, or career decision without your own independent advice and due diligence.
3. Accuracy and third-party references
We aim to keep the site accurate and current, but content is provided “as is” and may contain errors or become out of date. Where we reference firms, people, or market events, we draw on publicly available sources and cite them where applicable; those references do not imply any relationship with, or endorsement by, the parties named. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are outside our control.

References on this site to confidential or retained search describe how we conduct our work as a general matter. They are statements of practice, not a guarantee, warranty, or contractual undertaking to any visitor. The specific confidentiality obligations that apply to a candidate or client are set out in the relevant engagement terms or are agreed directly in the course of working together. Submitting information through the contact form does not by itself create a confidential or fiduciary relationship.

- submit false, misleading, or unlawful information, or impersonate another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems, or interfere with its operation;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the site without our consent; or

The site and its content — text, design, logos, and the Bayes Group name and marks — are owned by Bayes Group or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and the courts of New York have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have under the law of your home jurisdiction.
