Traders, portfolio managers and researchers are the heart of what we do, and the door is open to anyone in the markets who wants a straight answer. Conversations are confidential and carry no obligation.

Most of our searches are for portfolio managers and traders with a book, heads of desk, and the research leadership around them, at hedge funds, platforms and trading firms. If that is you, two lines on the book or the seat is enough to start. If you sit elsewhere in the business, or you are hiring, write anyway: every note is read by Richard, and every one gets an answer.
