Traders, portfolio managers and researchers are the heart of what we do, and the door is open to anyone in the markets who wants a straight answer. Conversations are confidential and carry no obligation.

Most of our searches are for portfolio managers and traders with a book, heads of desk, and the research leadership around them, at hedge funds, platforms and trading firms. If that is you, two lines on the book or the seat is enough to start. If you sit elsewhere in the business, or you are hiring, write anyway.

Who reads it: Richard, himself. Every note gets an answer, within two business days.
Where it goes: Nowhere else. Nothing about you goes to a firm without your agreement.

How your note is handled

We use what you send to reply, to keep a record of our contact and, if you are exploring a move, to consider you for relevant searches; nothing about you goes to a client firm without your agreement. Name, message and one way to reach you are needed; the rest is optional. Your note also carries your approximate country and device type and, unless it is off under Privacy Choices (it starts off in the European Union), the page you arrived on, the site that sent you and your time zone.
